Red Cedar Tall Wall

The task-at-hand for this beautiful Red Cedar Lake chalet’s living space was as simple in its conception as it was complex in its execution.  The homeowners had one objective: do away with the dated, arched windows and their diminishing energy and UV efficiency.  Together we chose a Marvin door and window package that wowed in every way.  For the design, we maximized on the contemporary-leaning aesthetics of our clients by squaring off the edges, punching in more light with larger openings, and transitioning away from wood millwork to white.  We were also able to create a window package with more “fresh air opportunities”: functional double-hung side windows, one centrally-located french door, and flanking door-height casement windows.
